Responsibilities

Own the sales cycle: run discovery, setup demos, manage stakeholders, handle objections, and close deals
Work provided prospect lists: execute outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage target accounts
Qualify opportunities quickly: confirm pain, impact, urgency, budget, decision process, and timeline
Run consultative discovery: uncover business drivers and map requirements to outcomes and ROI
Coordinate with a Sales Engineer: bring the engineer into calls for technical depth, security/architecture questions, and proof points
Drive deals to close: create close plans, align stakeholders, navigate procurement, and negotiate commercial terms
Maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting: keep activities, notes, next steps, and stage updates accurate
Improve the motion: share feedback on messaging, objections, competitive insights, and what’s resonating in the market

Required

Proven B2B closer with experience selling Mid-Market solutions (SaaS preferred)
Comfortable in a commission-only environment and motivated by uncapped earnings
Strong at structured discovery and controlling a multi-stakeholder sales process
Confident presenting to business and technical audiences (and knowing when to pull in the engineer)
Organized and disciplined with pipeline management and CRM updates
Skilled in negotiation and moving deals through procurement without stalling

Preferred

Cybersecurity, GRC, compliance, IT, or risk management selling experience
Experience selling to personas such as CISO, CIO, IT Security, Risk/GRC leaders
Familiarity with common sales tools (CRM, sequencing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
