Provide advice and counsel on a wide range of insurance coverage issues, including claims under commercial general liability, property, professional liability, and other policies

Analyze and interpret insurance policies to determine coverage obligations and exclusions

Manage all aspects of insurance coverage litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation

Negotiate and draft settlement agreements to effectively resolve coverage disputes

Develop and execute strategies for mediations, arbitrations, and trials

Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to provide clear and practical legal solutions

Stay updated on developments in insurance law and contribute to firmwide knowledge sharing
