Business Development Representative
WelcomeHome Software is an Atlanta-based SaaS startup focused on creating a leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform for the senior living and home care sectors. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new leads and demos for the WelcomeHome CRM, engaging in outbound sales activities to meet and exceed lead generation targets.

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, cold outreach, and leveraging industry contacts
Outbound Prospecting: Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, phone calls, and social media to engage with prospects and generate interest in our products
Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile and have a genuine need for our products
Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations, ensuring a seamless handover of leads
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in our CRM system (e.g., Hubspot), ensuring data integrity
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide valuable insights to the sales and product teams
Sales Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification targets to contribute to the company's revenue goals
