Responsibilities

Calendar management for Executive Team
Aid executives in preparing for meetings, coordinating schedules and aligning team members for all critical items
Maintain email and document requests on behalf of executives
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Arranges travel and accommodations for Executive Team
Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of Executives, taking notes and recording minutes
Assist with cross functional strategic projects that involve multiple departments by note taking, managing time, and keeping team members on task
Facilitate food ordering and delivery for meetings and company events

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
