Responsibilities
Lead IT program execution for M&A integrations across assigned business domains, which may include Go-To-Market, Customer Support/Success, Infrastructure, Data, AI, Finance, HR, or Legal
Own integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks across pre-close, close, and post-close phases
Drive integration readiness to ensure system access, data availability, reporting continuity, and business-critical workflows are operational
Translate integration strategy and business requirements into clear IT scope, sequencing, and delivery plans
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
Ensure business continuity during system migrations, data integrations, platform consolidations, and target-state transitions
Provide clear, execution-focused status reporting, risk visibility, and timely escalations
Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery outcomes and issue resolution within assigned domains
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading IT workstreams for acquisitions, including pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-close integration
Strong ability to manage complex dependencies across GTM, Customer Experience/Support, Infrastructure, Data, AI, and G&A functions
Experience coordinating integrations involving CRM systems, customer support platforms, data & analytics environments, infrastructure, and core enterprise systems
Ability to operate within structured governance models, deliver executive-ready updates, and drive timely decisions across IT and business leaders
Comfortable working as a contractor in ambiguous environments
Proactive in identifying risks, driving issue resolution, and maintaining momentum under tight timelines
