Responsibilities
Take a leadership role in the renewal process to ensure the delivery of the best possible solutions to clients in a high-quality and timely manner
Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals
Guide your team members in addressing a client's risk management needs through consultative conversations
Mentor Client Service team members through continuous learning, transparent feedback, and robust talent development initiatives
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are consistently met
Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within Gallagher systems, utilizing the latest technology to enhance productivity and quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience
OR -
High School degree/GED with a minimum of 10+ years of client service and/or claims management experience
Possess a Property and Casualty Insurance License
Preferred
At least 1+ year of supervisory experience
