Responsibilities
Manage the full accounts payable cycle for multiple clients, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payments through Bill.com and related systems
Maintain vendor databases, collect compliance forms, and assist with year-end reporting requirements
Ensure accurate expense categorization for e-commerce activities such as product costs, digital marketing, and order fulfillment
Coordinate and execute vendor payments via ACH, check, or wire, maintaining accuracy and timeliness to support vendor relationships and cash flow
Reconcile e-commerce sales and financial data from platforms like Shopify or Amazon to ensure complete and accurate revenue recognition
Oversee employee spending and credit card transactions through expense management platforms, verifying proper documentation and accounting treatment
Prepare and reconcile client billing, record incoming payments from multiple sales channels, and monitor accounts receivable aging to address overdue balances
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 2+ years of post-graduate work experience
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work both individually and as part of a team
Fundamental understanding of inventory-related accounting concepts
Experience utilizing Excel and Microsoft Office products
