Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Manage and track requirements, issues, and progress using Jira
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation using Excel
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered
Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities

Required

Experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or IT environment
Strong working knowledge of Jira for backlog management and issue tracking
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)
Experience creating reports and documentation for stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization platforms
Experience supporting system implementations or application enhancements
