Responsibilities
Gather and document business and functional requirements for Guidewire ClaimCenter
Work closely with business users, product owners, and development teams
Create BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process flows
Perform gap-fit analysis and support solution design
Support UAT , defect triage, and production rollouts
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as a Business Analyst on Guidewire ClaimCenter
Solid understanding of P&C Insurance claims processes
Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management
Excellent communication and documentation skills
5+ years of Business Analyst experience with ClaimCenter
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
Preferred
Guidewire Certification is a plus
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
