Director, Technology Services

Responsibilities
Define Finalsite’s implementation methodology for data and system integrations, with a focus on consistency, quality, continuous improvement, and client experience
Build repeatable processes that scale
Define KPIs for data and system integration work, such as billable utilization, time to value, etc
Achieve a deep understanding of Finalsite products and EdTech Industry 3rd party systems and APIs (SIS, CRM, LMS, data feeds, APIs )
Experience in data ETL and scripting languages, SQL, Python, SFTP, XSL
Knowledge of CMS, website development and data requirements
Work with sales leaders to ensure that sales is trained, enabled, and able to explain the implementation process for data and systems integration, with a specific goal to set accurate client expectations
Create documentation and process to allow seamless the transition of clients to CSMs and Support, enabling those teams to handle the vast majority of data and system integration requests and issues
Partner with Product and Engineering to design product features, APIs and automation to both improve the client experience and Client Success team efficiency
Lead, mentor, and develop technical services staff
Serve as a member of the professional services leadership team, reporting to the VP of Professional Services. Contribute to overall PS team strategy and operations
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in Professional Services, Implementations, or Technical Delivery within a SaaS or EdTech environment
Proven experience leading large-scale implementations and integrations for enterprise or mid-market clients
Strong understanding of system integrations, data migration, APIs, and SaaS architectures
Demonstrated success leading and scaling high-performing teams
Excellent communication and client management skills. This is a client facing role
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with global or distributed teams
Familiarity with CRM, SIS, CMS, and enrollment or communications platforms
Background in change management and process transformation
