They are seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to work alongside a Financial Advisor in maintaining client relationships and providing tailored investment management and financial planning advice.

Responsibilities

Participate in client meetings in the appropriate capacity which could include but is not limited to: taking notes, creating priority lists, drafting communications, delegating assignments, documenting history, quarterly calls with clients
Manage the planning process
Transition into lead advisor for certain clients when development has reached appropriate level
Participate in and conduct client reviews and prepare plan revisions
Follow up on client issues and communicate on a timely basis
Place trades in client accounts according to BFG models on a timely basis
Manage processes through Salesforce
Serve as back up to other team members as needed
Learn and utilize all firm programs

Qualification

Series 65 LicenseFinancial PlanningSalesforceEMoneyMicrosoft Office SuiteProblem SolvingAttention to DetailCommunication SkillsOrganizational Skills

Required

2-3 years of financial services industry experience, preferably with some involvement in a similar role
Series 65 License required; CFP preferred
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from other staff, clients, and the general public
Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to seek out solutions and solve problems
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy

Experience with Salesforce and eMoney is a plus
