Responsibilities

Execution and completion of all Logistics & Sustainment support efforts for the Fenwick sustainment contract

Direct, prioritize, and monitor work progress of sustainment personnel assigned to tasks

Interface with Program Management, Customer, and Subcontractor personnel on sustainment contract topics

Devise technical solutions in response to problems that negatively affect successful accomplishments of tasks assigned throughout the team

Support the adoption of Digital Transformation processes, tools, common products, and infrastructure as required

Technical and managerial oversight on multiple Logistics & Sustainment topics that relate to the lifecycle of fielded system covered under the sustainment contract

Technical Manuals updates/revisions

Required

MUST have a TOP SECRET security clearance prior to start (US Citizenship required)

Have more than 5 years in Project or Program Management

Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Government/Military/Commercial Experience

Preferred

Must have demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills

Must be able to provide project management experience and program execution guidance to subordinates in providing and managing the implementation of Sustainment solutions

Must be able to provide leadership in reviewing and implementing innovative Sustainment strategies for the supported program
