Dime Community Bank is currently hiring for a Treasury Management Sales Coordinator at their Headquarters in Hauppauge, Long Island. This role supports sales operational activities, facilitates client onboarding of Treasury Management services, and assists with ongoing client relationship management activities.

Responsibilities

Develop networking relationships with Branch Managers, Private Bankers, Loan Officers, and all other sales staff in the development of sales leads and referrals

Provide reciprocal referrals to branch and sales staff when customers indicate a need for banking services

Assist the TM Sales team with tracking referrals, paperwork, and service onboarding

Responsible for the preparation of paperwork, training, and support of Business Online Banking PLUS, Check Positive Pay, ACH Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH Origination, Wire Origination (USD/FX), Lockbox, Remote Official Check, SFTP/FTP, Integrated Payables and Account Analysis

Ensure compliance with any federal or other regulations or rulings pertaining to any TM products

Provide sales support to aid new client acquisition, acting as a liaison between the sales process and the onboarding process

Any additional duties or projects as assigned by the TM Sales Director
