This executive leader will drive clinical quality, operational performance, patient experience, and growth across multiple sites.

Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
Quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
Throughput, staffing, and operational efficiency
Physician alignment and patient experience
People leadership, engagement, and development
Strategic growth and financial performance

Qualification

Emergency Services leadershipTrauma Center experienceRN licenseBSN degreeMaster's degreeBLS certificationPeople leadershipPatient experience

Required

5+ years recent Director-level Emergency Services leadership
Level I or II Trauma Center experience
BSN, Bachelor's, and Master's degrees required
Active RN license (Texas or compact)
BLS required
