They are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to generate new business through in-person outreach to local businesses and introduce their marketing solutions to decision-makers.

Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door and in-person visits to local businesses within an assigned territory
Introduce the agency’s advertising and marketing services to business owners and managers
Identify decision-makers and qualify potential clients on-site
Educate prospects on how advertising solutions can help grow their business
Track daily activity, leads, and appointments in the CRM
Follow up with prospects via phone or email after in-person visits
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and appointment-setting goals
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable with in-person prospecting and handling objections face-to-face
Self-driven, resilient, and goal-oriented
Reliable transportation and ability to work in the field daily
Preferred
Previous door-to-door, field sales, or B2B sales experience preferred (not required)
Basic familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is a plus
