Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior designers and art directors to develop and refine creative concepts for campaigns, websites, and branded content
Design digital assets such as responsive web layouts, social media graphics, presentation decks, and internal collateral
Support creative research and concept development through moodboards, style explorations, and visual storytelling
Ensure design consistency across platforms and deliver pixel-perfect visuals for handoff to developers
Stay current on digital and social design trends, bringing fresh perspectives to each project
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of professional design experience, ideally in a digital-first or advertising environment (internships count)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or Visual Communication
A strong portfolio showcasing digital work — websites, campaigns, social media, and motion/animation are a plus
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign); experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools is a plus
Understanding of typography, layout, and color theory, with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Zeplin, Principle, or Figma)
Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit — with a sense of humor and eagerness to learn
Must reside within commuting distance of our NYC office
