Required
BA/BS in Engineering, Statistics, Math, Business, or a related field
At least seven years of experience in analytics
Four years of hands-on SQL expertise
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proven track record of deriving actionable business insights from data
Capacity to communicate complex data issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in translating high-level requirements into meaningful analyses, visualizations, and tools
Adaptability in learning new skills and managing multiple projects in a cross-functional environment
High attention to detail
Preferred
MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field
At least five years of statistical experience, such as building attribution models, conducting A/B tests, or performing lift analysis
