Responsibilities

Review applications to confirm candidates meet minimum qualifications based on background, experience, and education

Conduct phone screenings and manage candidate assessments

Initiate background checks, prepare pay models, and generate and extend offers

Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate pipelines with departmental needs

Manage formal resume submissions from job postings and ensure compliance with employment law principles

Support 30+ multi-discipline vacancies across 20+ active postings and multiple site locations

Required

Strong knowledge of employment law principles related to recruiting and hiring

Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems

Proficient in technology and business systems

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to multi-task and reprioritize based on business needs

Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
