Responsibilities

Own site-level financial planning activities, including budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews

Deliver recurring financial summaries and performance insights to operational leadership

Analyze operational results and identify drivers behind cost, productivity, and efficiency trends

Monitor and evaluate product and process costs, identifying variances and improvement opportunities

Partner with operations to address material, labor, and overhead inefficiencies

Support periodic cost updates and margin improvement initiatives

Provide financial analysis to support investment decisions, including capital projects and process improvements

Assess returns and financial impact of major initiatives and resource allocation decisions

Maintain strong financial controls related to inventory, assets, and plant-level reporting

Support audit activities and ensure adherence to internal policies and external requirements

Working cross functionally with internal stakeholders

Support continuous improvement activities and special initiatives
