Responsibilities

Cultivate and manage strong business relationships with A&E Program members
Expand the network of A&E Program members through outreach initiatives and program-driven efforts
Serve as a technical liaison between the client’s solutions and A&E Program members
Collaborate closely with the A&E Program Manager on program initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement
Support security specifiers by traveling to job sites, offices, industry conferences, and trade shows to maintain and grow relationships with security consultants
Assist in planning and executing the annual A&E Technology Summit
Maintain accurate records of A&E Program members within the region using CRM and Salesforce
Document specified opportunities and provide updated technology information to the Senior Manager, Business Development Partner Ecosystems
Drive program growth through training, education, and effective relationship management
Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers to ensure exceptional customer service
Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports in a timely manner
Develop and execute a regional business strategy for the A&E community
Provide technical support and assist with system design and application needs
Utilize tools such as site design platforms and Autodesk plugins to increase specification and visibility of the client’s solutions within the A&E community

Required

Strong understanding of the physical electronic security industry
Solid knowledge of computer networking
Understanding of cybersecurity principles

Strong communication and networking skills
Ability to travel independently and efficiently
5–10 years of experience in security integration or security consulting
5–10 years of experience in hardware installation and technical sales
5–10 years of experience in system design and application
