Handle around 30 cases at once
Qualification
Required
Family law attorney experience
No book of business required
Ability to handle around 30 cases at once
Strong business development skills
Ability to work in a hybrid remote environment
Ability to work from multiple office locations
Strong support staff experience
Ability to work with a dedicated paralegal for each case/client
Preferred
Experience in divorce and family law
Experience with child custody and child support cases
Experience with international custody and restraining orders
Experience with prenuptial and cohabitation agreements
Experience with modifications and paternity law
Board Certified Family Law Specialist
