Responsibilities
Develop and execute holistic social strategies that support client goals and integrate into broader media plans
Manage and optimize social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and emerging platforms
Monitor trends and platform updates to proactively guide strategy and content recommendations
Collaborate with creative teams to shape content calendars, campaign narratives, and audience engagement plans
Analyze performance data to deliver actionable insights and reporting
Act as a social thought leader internally and externally, bringing fresh ideas to the table
Manage client relationships and present strategic plans, findings, and opportunities with confidence
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in social media strategy, preferably within an agency setting
Proven experience managing paid and organic programs across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and other platforms
Strong storytelling skills with an understanding of audience-first content
Deep knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices
Ability to translate complex ideas into digestible, platform-specific content
Experience with social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working across multiple accounts and industries, including finance or asset management (a plus)
