High School Intern (KS) – Manufacturing (US Persons)

Responsibilities

Facilitate day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, material handling, and equipment maintenance
Assist in monitoring and analyzing production metrics to drive continuous improvement
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Participate in problem-solving activities to address production issues and minimize downtime
Facilitate the implementation of quality control measures to ensure product quality
Learn technical skills such as soldering and troubleshooting equipment

Required

Be a US Person
Be enrolled in or have completed at least 1 Career & Technical Education (CTE) course focused on a skilled trade
Be interested in full-time employment immediately upon high school graduation
Have earned a high school diploma from one of our partner school districts during the 2025-26 school year: Blue Valley Schools, Olathe Public Schools
Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S
