The Intersect Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. This role will manage multiple requisitions across diverse departments and ensure an efficient hiring process from application review through offer.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate applications to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications related to experience, education, and job requirements

Conduct candidate assessments via phone screens and resume reviews from active job postings

Manage full-cycle recruiting activities including screening, background check initiation, pay model preparation, and offer generation and extension

Partner with hiring managers to ensure candidate pipelines align with departmental needs and role expectations

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with employment law and hiring best practices

Manage a high-volume workload across multiple sites and stakeholders

Support 20+ active job postings across multiple locations

Manage 30+ open requisitions without identified candidates

Recruit for 15+ unique position titles

Partner with 15+ hiring managers and 15+ HR Generalists

Qualification

Required

High School diploma or GED with 6+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR-related experience OR Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR-related experience

Strong understanding of employment law principles related to recruiting and hiring

Proven ability to manage 30+ requisitions simultaneously across multiple disciplines

Experience partnering with diverse hiring managers and HR stakeholders

Knowledge of recruiting processes, procedures, and sourcing techniques
