Responsibilities

Analyze financial data related to budgets, cash flow, revenue, and expenditure
Lead or assist in the annual budgeting process and regularly monitor budget adherence, identifying areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements
Develop financial models and forecasts and present to management
Lead or assist in the annual and semi-annual budgeting process and regularly monitor budget adherence, identifying areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial insights and develop robust departmental budgets and forecasts
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to refine performance assumptions, validate data quality and structure, and improve reporting processes
Prepare financial reports and track KPIs
Review and analyze financial statements and reports
Prepare and present clear, concise, and impactful financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders, offering insights into financial trends, performance, and opportunities
Communicate cost and expense variances to leadership and prepare and deliver proposals and recommendations to senior and executive management
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and financial modeling
Proven experience in building and maintaining sophisticated financial models
Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes in a corporate, multi-location environment
Basic understanding of accounting standards and practices (cash vs accrual) to ensure finance deliverables align with financial statements
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial outputs
Proven ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team, building strong relationships across departments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including executive level stakeholders
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
