Receptionist

Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day front desk operations, including greeting clients and visitors
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Perform various clerical tasks, maintain organized records, and ensure a positive experience for clients and staff through excellent customer service
Qualification
Required
Able to work weekends and extended hours as required to meet business needs
Strong Phone Etiquette and professionalism while handling calls
Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including maintaining records and scheduling
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and staff
Exceptional Customer Service skills to create a welcoming environment
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with typing and PC literate
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in relevant fields are a plus
Preferred
Bilingual English/Chinese(Mandarin or Cantonese)
