Responsibilities

Assist with daily departmental operations and administrative tasks
Support team projects by conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports
Participate in team meetings, taking notes and following up on assigned action items
Help maintain accurate records, documentation, and files
Collaborate with staff to improve processes and contribute ideas
Complete assigned tasks and projects within established deadlines
Provide general support to team members as needed

Required

Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's)

Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
