Responsibilities
Lead Creative Vision: Own and champion the creative direction across copy, design, and experiences to ensure brand alignment, narrative clarity, and craft excellence
Develop and Guide Strategy: Translate client goals and business objectives into actionable creative strategies, briefs, and experience frameworks for physical and digital environments
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver integrated, innovative solutions that meet audience needs and operational realities
Client-Facing Leadership: Present concepts, guide discussions, and build trust with clients through clear communication of creative strategies, implications, and value
Drive Creative Excellence: Maintain high standards of storytelling and design, champion innovation, and oversee execution through production and onsite delivery to protect creative integrity
Mentor and Inspire: Set expectations, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative, accountable culture within the creative team
Support Growth Initiatives: Contribute to new business efforts through proposal development, concepting, and pitch presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in the areas of Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience
Proven track record as a Creative Director or senior creative leader in an agency or event-driven environment
Deep expertise in either writing (brand voice, scripting, storytelling) or design (visual identity, art direction), paired with strong conceptual thinking skills
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
Strong presentation and communication skills for client-facing interactions
Ability to balance creative vision with strategic business objectives
Adaptability to new ideas, processes, and business challenges with enthusiasm and agility
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional design and conceptual development
Exceptional attention to detail and accountability for creative output
Excellent interpersonal communication (written and verbal), creative problem-solving, and presentation skills
Professional demeanor with openness to feedback and ability to earn trust and respect from colleagues and clients
Proven ability to mentor and inspire team members while fostering a collaborative, high-energy environment
Active listening skills and a commitment to team success
Must provide a portfolio showcasing relevant creative work (visual or conceptual)
