Creative Strategist
Hartmann Studios is seeking a Creative Strategist who will be a key driver of strategic thinking and creative excellence. This role involves developing a deep understanding of clients and their audiences, leading discovery and ideation, and ensuring creative concepts align with business goals.

Responsibilities
Conduct research, analyze qualitative and quantitative inputs, and synthesize findings into actionable insights that inform strategy
Translate client goals into problem statements, opportunity framing, messaging frameworks, and creative guardrails
Write and own strategic briefs that enable strong creative development and ensure consistency across touchpoints
Lead workshops, present strategic framing, and guide conversations toward clarity, decisions, and buy-in
Partner with creative, production, and account teams to shape integrated experiences across physical and digital channels
Contribute to proposals and pitches with strategic frameworks, positioning, and client-ready narratives
Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to internal tools and best practices that elevate strategic rigor
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years in a creative strategy or senior-level creative role within an agency or event-driven environment
Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable creative strategies for large-scale projects
Strong research, storytelling, and writing skills with experience developing messaging frameworks and briefs
Expertise in client-facing presentations and strategic planning for cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, presentation platforms (PowerPoint, Keynote), and project management tools (Workfront or similar)
Preferred
Experience with digital asset management systems, virtual event platforms, and collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) preferred
