Business Analyst
Saicon is seeking a Business Analyst to support Client Health’s invoicing and collections initiatives. This role will involve collaborating with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure invoice accuracy and improve processes while enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities
Lead efforts related to Oracle Health invoicing and collections processes
Conduct weekly check-ins with Customer Success Managers to:
Validate invoice accuracy
Monitor payment status
Track and resolve action items
Analyze end-to-end invoicing and payment workflows
Identify process gaps, system issues, and root causes impacting customers
Drive process improvement initiatives across tools and systems
Lead customer-facing discussions to resolve invoicing issues
Document workflows and recommend scalable solutions
Ensure outstanding invoices are addressed while maintaining a strong customer experience
Qualification
Required
Experience in Business Analysis, Program Management, or Operations
Strong background in Process Improvement
Hands-on exposure to invoicing, billing, AR, or collections
Excellent stakeholder and customer communication skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a remote environment
