Responsibilities

Create, revise, and maintain legal documents and correspondence
Edit spreadsheets and letters; format filings and exhibits
Screen and route calls; serve as liaison with internal teams and external contacts
Manage mail intake; track deadlines and key dates on the calendar
Retrieve and organize case files; maintain digital and physical filing systems
Enter attorney time accurately; assist with billing edits and follow‑ups
Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, and conference room logistics
Prepare expense reports; complete internal administrative forms
Assemble clean, error‑free final documents and arrange delivery (courier/overnight)
Support client meetings and internal sessions; capture action items
Research factual information online as directed
Pitch in where needed; promote teamwork and excellent client service

Preferred

Bachelor's degree with strong GPA
Prior legal experience or law‑firm internship in a support role
Familiarity with iManage
