Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points (primarily Cisco)
Manage Windows-based servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services
Support and administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Exchange Online, Intune, and conditional access
Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot network and system issues
Implement and manage network and endpoint security controls in collaboration with the cybersecurity team
Assist with vulnerability assessments, security patching, and system hardening initiatives
Develop and maintain system and network documentation, diagrams, and configurations
Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and incident response processes
Stay current with emerging technologies, security frameworks, and best practices to support continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in network and systems administration or engineering
Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, routing, and switching (Cisco experience required)
Experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and Windows Server environments
Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar)
Familiarity with endpoint management solutions (Intune, SCCM, or equivalent)
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including identity management, least privilege, and secure configurations
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
