Administrative Analyst 1 - ADMAN1
LanceSoft, Inc. is a company seeking an Administrative Analyst to provide analytical support to the SCS leadership team. The role involves reviewing vendor costs, auditing invoices, and collaborating with various teams to enhance back-office operations.

Responsibilities
Gather cost data and analyze contractor spending
Develop metrics & management reporting as requested to provide substation management with necessary information to make well informed decisions
Assess & implement process improvements & best practices
Project management skills and an ability to achieve results through teamwork in the midst of competing priorities and potentially conflicting interests
Respond to data requests from engineering leadership
Train new users in proper use of CAMP and MOBI
Review and analyze contractor submitted invoices for services provided to ensure proper accounting and adherence to contract terms and conditions
Monitor contractor spend relative to overall contract authorized amounts and individual project amounts
Review contractor proposed work authorizations relative to scope of work and submitted hours and dollars
Identify and refer work authorization issues to substation engineering oversight personnel as they arise
Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal business unit partners such as IT, Corporate Financial Support, PMO, contract firms, and others
Other projects & ad hoc reporting as needed
Assist with storm restoration duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Solutions applications (i.e. MAXIMO, Oracle, Financials, Power Plant, etc.) or other enterprise financial and inventory management platforms (e.g. SAP)
Project management skills and an ability to achieve results through teamwork in the midst of competing priorities and potentially conflicting interests
Attention to detail will be necessary to audit invoices, verify accounts, organizations, and contracts for billing

Preferred
Associates Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field preferred and 2 years experience
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or business administration
Understanding of accounting and management reporting
Working knowledge of CAMP a plus
Demonstrated use of Microsoft products (Word, Excel (pivot tables), Power Point, etc.)
