Responsibilities
Apply cash collections through check, ACH, wire, and credit cards to dealer accounts
Communicate with dealers to ensure timely collection of receipts, placing accounts on shipment hold as necessary
Collaborate with sales support operations regularly to evaluate, calculate, and update dealer credit limits and account information
Process payment and sales discount information to the dealer accounts to reconcile unit sales and prepare monthly dealer refunds
Complete account reconciliations in a timely manner each month end
SAP and monthly reporting responsibilities
Special projects and accounting duties as appropriate
Qualification
Required
2-3 years' previous experience working in an accounting or finance position
Strong communicator with both internal stakeholders and external customers
Ability to work independently yet collaboratively
Problem solving ability
Preferred
Bachelor's or associate degree in accounting or similar business acumen
Experience working in an accounts receivable position
