Senior Program Manager Sales Enablement
Floor & Decor is transforming spaces and careers across the country. As the Senior Program Manager of Sales Enablement, you will design and deliver programs that equip sales teams to succeed, ensuring they have the necessary training, tools, and resources to impact revenue positively.
Responsibilities
Designing and delivering comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires
Developing advanced training focused on product knowledge, messaging, competitive positioning, and sales methodologies
Building and maintaining a robust library of sales collateral, playbooks, and one-pagers
Partnering with Marketing, Product, Finance, and HR to align enablement programs with strategic goals
Optimizing sales enablement platforms and evaluating new tools to boost team productivity
Tracking adoption, measuring effectiveness, and making data-driven improvements to training content
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales operations, or quota-carrying roles
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM systems
Proven ability to create training materials and deliver live or virtual sessions
Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills
Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and influencing at all levels
Preferred
Salesforce preferred
Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and sales enablement tools (Highspot, Seismic, Showpad, Gong, Lessonly, etc.)
