Responsibilities

New Business Development: Prospect, identify, and close new enterprise-level deals with a focus on expanding Data Platform's reach into untapped markets and accounts
Collaborative Selling: Partner with sales engineers to ensure a deep understanding of Data Platform's capabilities and how they can address specific business challenges for our customers
Customer Success: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Consultative Sales Approach: Understand each customer’s unique business challenges, providing tailored solutions that demonstrate Data Platform’s value in knowledge management, data governance, and operational efficiency
Quota Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs, leveraging a deep understanding of customer needs and Data Platform's product strengths
Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, manage pipelines, and provide regular reporting to sales leadership

Required

6+ years of experience in enterprise-level software sales, preferably within the Global 2000 space
Proven success in securing new logos and selling complex solutions in data management, data quality, data governance, knowledge management, analytics, metadata management, or similar domains
Strong track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts while identifying and closing new business opportunities
Ability to effectively communicate the value of Data Platform's solutions to both technical and business audiences
Collaborative mindset: Demonstrated success working with sales engineers and technical teams to deliver high-impact customer solutions
Self-starter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, while being an integral part of the broader sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
