Sales Manager - West
ForceBrands is a leading natural foods company seeking a West Coast Sales Manager to drive growth across grocery and natural channels. The role involves overseeing retail, distributor, and broker relationships to expand distribution and execute data-driven sales strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet and exceed volume and revenue goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and brokers
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships across channels
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to align on strategy and execution
Use syndicated data and market insights to create compelling, fact-based sales presentations
Manage trade budgets, promotional planning, and forecasting for key accounts
Track and report on regional sales performance and provide insights to leadership
Represent the brand at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in CPG sales, preferably within grocery or natural channels
Proven track record of managing brokers, distributors, and key retail accounts
Strong analytical and presentation skills; experience with Nielsen, IRI, or SPINS preferred
Solid understanding of trade management and promotional planning
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Highly motivated self-starter with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Based on the West Coast with ability to travel regularly within the territory
