Responsibilities

Architect and lead the design of frontend components and reusable Angular libraries across multiple applications
Serve as a technical owner of frontend strategy, aligning frontend developers on best practices, tooling, and patterns
Work closely with engineering leadership to define and enforce core architectural standards for the frontend
Mentor and support frontend developers, providing code reviews, feedback, and guidance
Monitor and review production systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues
Define and analyze frontend performance metrics, optimize load times, and review logs to ensure high-performing, scalable UI experiences
Collaborate with backend teams to align APIs and application contracts that support frontend needs
Advocate for maintainability, testability, and performance in all frontend code

Required

8+ years of experience in frontend development and architecture, with at least 6 years in Angular (v10+)
Proven experience developing shared libraries, design systems, or component frameworks
Strong understanding of frontend application performance, with experience using tools to monitor and troubleshoot
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional frontend teams and align on coding standards, deployment strategies, and documentation
Experience reviewing production issues, debugging, and identifying root causes in real-world applications

Preferred

Familiarity with any kind of backend. The role is frontend focused, but exposure to API's and any backend will be good experience to have
