Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Experience in preparing correspondence, written reports, and in briefing clients and management personnel

Perform and evaluate engineering economic analyses and evaluate proper systems to meet scope requirements. Ability to verify the adequacy of building systems related to their respective disciplines

Interpret/coordinate Architectural/Engineering plans and specifications

Required

Minimum of seven (7) years specialized experience in their disciplines

Must have a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited college
