This role involves building a high-performing UX design team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and advocating for customer-first design across all digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the long-term UX vision and strategy for company’s web and mobile platforms

Oversee the end-to end user experience on our global website for all platforms (desktop, mobile web and app)

Build, mentor, and inspire a team of UX designers, researchers, and design managers

Advocate for design thinking and human-centered design practices across the organization

Help to build a strong design culture within the organization

Get hands-on with projects when necessary to drive projects forward

Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, CX and Marketing to align on goals, priorities, and execution

Translate business objectives into customer-centric design solutions that drive growth and retention

Establish and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms

Oversee adoption of design software, tools, and workflows to maximize team efficiency and collaboration

Use research, data, and insights to inform design decisions and continuously improve usability

Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to evolve company’s design capabilities

Champion accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring products are usable by customers worldwide
