Responsibilities
Assisting clients via telephone, diagnosing problems using tools, fixing or replacing parts
Servicing various types of packaging equipment, and promoting company services
Maintain up to date product knowledge and industry trends
Implement and maintain company directives and policies
Installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment
Troubleshooting and identifying issues
Providing technical support and guidance to customers
Documenting services performed and customer interactions
Traveling to customer locations
Adaptability and safety awareness
Specific duties can vary based on the industry and equipment
Qualification
Required
Prior experience working in Industrial Packaging preferred
Proven understanding of technical software
Prior experience in MRO
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High regard for quality assurance and customer service
