Finance Support Administrator
General RV Center is the Nation’s Largest Family-Owned RV Dealer, and they are seeking a Finance Support Administrator to join their team. The role involves organizing contracts, processing payments, and maintaining various schedules and documents while communicating effectively within the organization.
Travel
Responsibilities
Organize and price contracts
Correct pricing and adjust commissions when needed
Create payables and receivables for aftersales
Create remit sheets and request checks
Maintain organization of various schedules, reports, and documents
Effectively communicate (both verbal and written) with various levels within the organization
Process incoming refund checks from vendors
Correct contracts in Menu Metrics system
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize effectively
Reliable and strong work ethic
Self-motivated, must be able to work independently and/or as a team
