Responsibilities

Plan, manage and execute capital projects with budgets up to $1 million

Create Capital Acquisition Requests in ETQ software for all capital projects

Create Technical and Capital Acquisition Review Board slide decks for projects with a budget greater than $250K

Create Management of Change entries in Velocity software for new capital projects

Create Request for Proposal documents for prospective trades to bid on capital projects

Descope proposals and award bids to trades for capital projects

Request and issue purchase orders for capital projects

Create the schedule and track the budget for capital projects

Provide contractor oversight, facilitate safety meetings, and issue daily work and life critical permits while contractors are executing capital project work on-site

Keep site stakeholders updated and informed on all capital project work taking place on-site that could affect the various departments

Align with site stakeholders for projects that could impact their specific department or impact production
