The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a Receiving Coordinator for their Supply Chain department. This role is responsible for managing the intake of goods and materials, ensuring accurate verification against purchase orders, and maintaining proper documentation and storage of products.

Responsibilities

Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and document and store items appropriately

Confirm quality and quantity of products, record receipts in the system, and organize distribution

Maintain HACCP records for incoming food products and test food quality

Monitor receiving accuracy and collaborate with Procurement and Accounting teams to address discrepancies

Unload and unpack inbound and outbound products, reconciling contents with purchase orders

Communicate with various departments to ensure smooth product delivery and track chain of custody

Ensure cleanliness of work areas such as loading bays, receiving areas, and warehouse storage
