Quality Engineer, Low Voltage Electronics
Tesla is a leading electric vehicle manufacturer, and they are seeking a Quality Engineer for Low Voltage Electronics. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the production of high-quality vehicles through risk analysis, mitigation, and continual improvement of products and processes.

Responsibilities
Develop manufacturing requirements, quality standards, and product quality plans to ensure products will meet expectations of our target customers
Lead development of PFMEAs, control plans, and test/inspection procedures to identify and eliminate risks associated with our products and processes
Drive cross-functional problem solving teams to drive process and product improvements, and facilitate issue resolution including root cause investigations and the development, implementation, and validation of effective corrective and preventive actions
Support production operations to achieve both production and quality KPI's
Qualification
Required
Quality systems experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
Experience troubleshooting electronics
Specific training and demonstrated success in applying quality problem solving methods such as fishbone diagrams, FMEA, process capability analysis, hypothesis testing, DoE, SPC, etc
Experience with broad variety of measurement and inspection techniques
Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills
