We are looking for a dynamic communications professional to join our Global Government Affairs team, where the successful candidate will support the development and execution of communications strategies and manage various digital and social media initiatives.

Responsibilities
Support development and execution of communications strategies that build Coupang’s reputation with and understanding of its policy priorities by government officials and stakeholders
Support digital campaigns, including content creation, ad placement coordination, and measurement of results
Draft and post content for digital and social media platforms; support management of Coupang’s owned channels
Monitor media, social channels, and policy news for stories relevant to Coupang; provide regular insights to leadership
Help plan and execute events, briefings, and stakeholder engagements
Assist with coordination of external consultants, agencies, and vendors
Provide logistical and administrative support to ensure projects run smoothly
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and ways to strengthen Coupang’s reputation
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of experience in policy comms, public affairs, or related field
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
Experience with social media platforms and digital content creation
Prior experience supporting strategic multi-faceted advocacy campaigns with measurable results
Experience with event planning and logistics
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-moving environment
Comfort with data analysis to track communications performance
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A collaborative and proactive team player with a 'roll up your sleeves' attitude
Curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills
Preferred
Experience working with global corporations and/or tech companies
Experience with digital advertising, sponsored content, and SEO
Graphic design and video editing skills
