Responsibilities

Manage the complete project lifecycle for new launches, including requirements gathering, planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and successful deployment
Own large-scale engineering projects from planning and design through installation, commissioning, qualification, and launch support
Assess and communicate project status, driving escalations on potential risks and delays across multiple teams
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all stakeholders
Create Business Continuity and Risk Mitigation plans with site RME teams to allow seamless handover to Construction or Operations Engineering
Conduct resource planning and allocation for project teams
Support the expansion and execution of the RME qualification process, including vendor management and feedback
Prepare and deliver RME launch plans for new sites and support the RME field team in executing launch activities
Continuously aim for improved safety, equipment uptime, efficiency, cost management, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability within Amazon

Required

5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience
Bachelor's degree

Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level
Experience working with and managing third party vendors
Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
