Responsibilities

Assist with equipment setup, cable installation, and physical infrastructure support

Follow instructions and safety procedures

Spot technicians and help maintain a safe work environment

Use hand tools and maintain a clean, organized work area

Wear PPE at all times and follow all site safety guidelines

Required

OSHA 10 certification required before or within first week (ideal if already certified)

Must live within commuting distance of New Albany, OH

Reliable transportation required

Must be able to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Comfortable using basic tools

Flexible availability (including potential weekends and night shifts)

Must pass background check

High school diploma or GED required

Preferred

Interest in data centers, tech, construction, or skilled trades

Previous work in warehouse, general labor, or military settings

Strong attention to detail and safety
