Inside Sales Consultant

Computers Unlimited is looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to work with existing customers to understand their needs and sell TIMS software products and system upgrades. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and collaborating with marketing while demonstrating a thorough understanding of TIMS software.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients. Communicate with customers to identify and understand their needs; identify and suggest products and services that will meet those needs
Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management. Coordinate with support services and other internal groups to ensure commitments are being met, identify additional opportunities for assistance, training and/or other products
Continue to grow TIMS knowledge and be able to demonstrate features and benefits
Prepare and present quotes. Negotiate process, terms of sale, hardware, software and or service agreements
Work with marketing team to offer insight, guidance and feedback. Maintain CRM database activity
Assist with the successful execution of the annual users group conference. Will attend/participate and may present and/or assist with development of presentations
This position has no supervisory duties

Required

Exceptional customer service skills, including listening to understand
Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally, be organized, and show attention to detail
Demonstrate understanding of industry requirements and business practices. Ability to understand broader business goals and objectives
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and handle competing deadlines. Able to thrive in stressful situation while maintaining positive relationships
Willingness to develop a thorough understanding of TIMS software required
Minimum two years' experience in customer service with an understanding of the complex selling process is required
Proficiency with MS office products including Excel, Word, and Power Point. Other products as required, including but not limited to HubSpot

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, or related area is preferred. The related work experience may substitute
