Responsibilities
Drafting & Modeling: Take responsibility for creating and maintaining accurate Revit models and construction documents, beginning with developing detailed as-built drawings based on Leica scans, adding architectural details and translating site measurements, hand drawings and preliminary concepts into clear, coordinated and buildable permit ready drawings -- including floor plans, elevations, sections, and structural details
Visualizations: Develop high-quality 3D renderings and walkthroughs using Twinmotion including assigning and adjusting materials in Revit based 3D models to accurately represent design intent and support client visualization
Standards & Quality: Maintain and update the firm’s Revit standards, templates, and families to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects
Team Collaboration: Work effectively in group settings and cross-functional teams. Collaborate with architects, drafters, sales and production teams while maintaining strong attention to detail to resolve design discrepancies and meet project deadlines. Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning to coordinate with architects, project managers, and production teams to resolve design discrepancies and meet deadlines
Continuous Learning: Demonstrate eagerness to learn and continuously improve by expanding knowledge of current building codes, remodeling methods and software tools and by actively seeking opportunities to enhance technical and design skills. Proactively learn current building codes, remodeling methods, and software advancements to contribute innovative solutions to the design process
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit is required
A proactive 'self-starter' attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
